60th Birthday Party for Katrina Makepeace-Lott

 

The event was a cèilidh to celebrate my 60th birthday. (In case you’re not familiar with them, a cèilidh is a traditional Scottish party with food, drink and ‘country dancing’.) We had a lot of fun, and the hall was a perfect size for the 60 guests to eat, drink and energetically dance!I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone in involved in the smooth-running success of my party last night.  You (Seema), Lyn, Paul - and all the others whose names I don’t know - made everything about the event seem very easy and straightforward.  It seemed that nothing I asked for was the slightest trouble and I can’t tell you what a difference that made to my preparations.  All the staff at Southgate Masonic are so lovely!
