Our catering services

All Craft Lodges, Royal Arch Chapters, and other Orders planning to dine at the Centre should reach out to our Head Chef, Paul Watts, as soon as possible prior to the meeting date.

A summons for the meeting must be submitted to the Centre at least two weeks in advance.

Each unit dining at the Centre is required to provide a lodge contact to the office, including an email address and phone number.

The estimated total number of dinners, along with meal options, must be communicated at least seven days before the meeting.

This should also include an estimated dining time.

The count for tea and biscuits must be provided at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.

Final dining numbers should be confirmed no later than 48 hours before the meeting.

Late or insufficient bookings may result in food shortages on the night.

A table plan must be submitted to the Centre at least 48 hours before the meeting.
