Terms & Conditions

  1. We reserve the right to increase the Menu price subject to one month’s notice.

  2. We require Menu, Dining/Tea Times with Estimated Numbers at least 7 days prior to your Function date, with “Final Numbers” (being basis for payment) at least 48 hours prior to your Meeting.

  3. We will allow a max. of one person if the number of diners is below the Final Number ordered.

  4. If the actual number of Diners on the day is greater than the number ordered, then we can cater for a max. of 5 extra persons but depending on our food supplies, they may have to have different Course(s).

  5. Numbers of less than 10 will be subject to a surcharge.

  6. Accounts must be settled on the day and cheques “returned” will be subject to an extra charge.

  7. Waitresses must be allowed to clear Coffee Cups not more than 20 minutes after it is served. Any delay in allowing so, will result in an “additional charge” to cover our staffing costs.

  8. All items on the Menus are subject to availability.

  9. All dietary requirements will be catered for provided we are given a min. of 48 hour notice.

  10. If you require a Menu Item that is not listed, then please speak to our Chef who will assist if possible.

  11. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

 

Please inform us of any “food allergen issues” that need to be addressed. We are  happy to advise you on each product supplied in our Menu, you only need to ask !
