Edengate Lodge No. 8181
January J
Consecrated on 14th June 1967. Following the re-organisation of the London Boroughs in 1963, Edmonton, Enfield and Southgate councils were amalgamated to form the London Borough of Enfield. At that time it was decided to form a new lodge to be called the Edengate Lodge, the name being a portmanteau of the names of the former constituent councils. The membership consists mainly of those who are, or have been, actively engaged in public service in the London Borough of Enfield. Having about 50 members of all ages, the Lodge is the largest Middlesex lodge that meets at the Southgate Centre.
Lodge Meetings take place on 4th Wednesday of October and 3rd Wednesday of January, March and May
Lodges of Instruction take place on the four Fridays preceding each lodge meeting
